If you are booking an initial appointment, it is advisable to book several follow up appointments at the time of booking (typically 1-2 week intervals after your initial appointment), to ensure that you get some continuity with your treatment plan.

A minimum of 24-hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 24-hours’ notice is provided, the late cancellation fee is $52.50 (inc GST). If less than 12-hours’ notice is provided then you will be responsible for paying the total amount of the booked appointment.
